Probability launches new games for iPhone users
Software designer, Probability, has released a series of gaming titles for iPhone users in a move which could take the industry by storm.
iPhone and iPod Touch owners had a good deal to celebrate this week after a monumental launch by one of the giants of the gaming industry. Leading software designer, Probability, has released the first casino applications for the iPhone and IPod – a move which looks set to revolutionise gaming in the near future. The company will be releasing a total of four new titles which will allow customers to play for real money for the very first time using their Apple devices. Roulette and Blackjack are now available for players and will shortly be followed by Poseidon Slots later this month. The Goldrush slot game will also be making an appearance at an as yet undisclosed date.
Access to the titles is simple. Games will be run through the phone browser and will appear as an iPhone App. Current bans, however, will mean that titles cannot as yet be downloaded from the Apple App Store. Players will be able to fund their accounts using a variety of methods from credit and debit cards to special prepaid vouchers. There is even an option which will add all payments onto the customer’s monthly phone bill.
The launch has been bet with huge excitement by players eager to test the new products for themselves. The close of the year should also witness the introduction of games for the iPad which promises to offer great graphics and special features to rival traditional online play. It is clear that Probability’s innovations look set to grab the imagination of a younger generation in what will undoubtedly be one of the most important launches of the year.
