New Online Casino Goes Live
Prime Gaming launched its brand new Online Casino this week, Prime Casino. This follows hot on the heels of Prime Poker launched just under a month ago and Prime ScratchCards launched late last year.
This latest foray into iGaming coincides with the complete re-branding of the organization, with the company's marketing division TCADS now integrated into the Prime Gaming family to provide full marketing, development, advertising, affiliate program and promotional activity for all its brands.
Prime Casino has over two hundred games on offer and boasts the most robust software platform in the world for the purpose of online gaming.
Chris Panaytiou COO of Prime Gaming confirms this fact, stating "We are using the Microgaming software in our casino and nobody has better graphics, more games, a better reputation, or better conversion and player value than Microgaming. This is industry fact and not opinion" he states"
This bold statement is confirmation of the way that Prime Casino has reaffirmed its commitment not only to the industry, but to its affiliates and players as well.
However, it would appear that not all the boxes have been ticked prior to launch. A quick look at the onlie casino's website showed that the live chat facility was not in operation and various page links were not working correctly, such as the FAQ, Player Feedback and - most worryingly - Terms & Conditions page.
